KUCCPS Placement portal is now open. KUCCPS has reopened the portal from 15th July 2023 for placement to diploma teacher training courses. 13,439 slots in the Diploma in Primary Teacher Education (DPTE) and Diploma in Early Childhood Teacher Education (DECTE) programmes are to be filled. The KUCCPS 2023 placement will see applicants enrolled in 32 public teacher training centres across the country.
Interested candidates, after ensuring eligibility can apply online. Make sure the application is submitted before the KUCCPS placement deadline. The KUCCPS portal is now open for accepting online applications.
KUCCPS Placement 2023
The successful applicants in the KUCCPS placement will be enrolled in Diploma in Primary Teacher Education (DPTE) and Diploma in Early Childhood Teacher Education (DECTE) courses.
There are 11,358 admission slots for DPTE programme while 2,081 for DECTE course.
Requirements for KUCCPS Placement
Before you head to KUCCPS portal for online application, kindly ensure that all the requirements are fulfilled. As per the press release,
The minimum requirement for qualification is a mean grade of C (plain) in the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) examination. There are no other additional subject requirements.
This is an opportunity for qualified KCSE certificate holders (including non-Kenyan citizens) who appeared in the exam in 2022 or earlier until the year 2000.
All interested candidates shall understand that the KUCCPS portal is open till July 28th 2023.

- Head to the KUCCPS student portal (students.kuccps.net)
- Go to the Login page
- Enter your KCSE Index Number, KCSE Year and Password
- Then Click on “Login”
- As soon as you successfully sign in, Click on TTC Programmes
- Provide the programme code and submit the application.
