- Make application payments as follows for East Africans
- Ph.D.: Ksh 4,000
- Master and Bachelors: Ksh 2000
- Diploma: Ksh 1000
- Certificate: Ksh 500
- For non-East Africans, the application fee is as follows

- Master and Bachelors: USD50
- Diploma: USD 25
