Once you have all the documents in order, head over to the eCitizen portal

  1. Enter your ID number or email address
  2. Enter your password
  3. You will receive a code to your registered number
  4. Enter the code
  5. Log in
  6. At the dashboard, scroll to the sixth option which is business registration services
  7. Click Continue

  35. The names, date of birth, and KRA pin of the proprietor will be displayed
  36. Attach your passport photo (2MB maximum)
  37. Enter your contact details and physical details
  38. Click save and move next to application documents
  39. Download the BN-2 form, confirm the details, sign and scan it
  40. Upload the scanned BN-2 form
  41. Click next to move to the final stage of the declaration
  42. Confirm the declaration and click preview
