Who can get it
- Anyone who has received the first and second doses of the Astra Zeneca, Moderna or Pfizer vaccines
- Those who got the Johnson & Johnson vaccine shot can get the certificate immediately after the vaccination, as it is a single-shot vaccine.

Steps to Obtain your COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate Online

Head to the official portal
The first step is to visit the Chanjo Health portal’s official website.
If you are a first-time user, you must create an account on the website. During the registration, Clearly mention that you are already vaccinated and provide your Identification details, email id, phone number and set password.
Login to your Account.
You need to login into your account by providing your ID details (which you selected during sign-up) and the password.
As soon as you log in, you will see a message that says, “Your details have been found”. Click on the “View your Info” button. Then click on “View Certificate” and finally download it
Note: Make sure you are fully vaccinated before downloading the COVID-19 certificate. Without being fully vaccinated, you can’t get it.
