Hazina Sacco Savings and Credit Co-operative Society provide savings and loans to individuals who work for the Government, Parastatals and Private Organizations. How to join Hazina Sacco
Eligibility Criteria:
The applications for membership are accepted from:
- Public Service employees.
- Other Government Ministries and Parastatals
- Employees of Hazina Sacco Society
- National Government & County Employees
- Employees of Private organizations & Parastatals,
- Private Individual members,
- Chamas & Corporates
Required Documents to Apply for Hazina Sacco Membership
Those who are interested in joining Hazina Sacco, need to fill in the application and submit it at their office. The following documents should be attached to the application:
- Copy of National Identity Card
- A passport-size photograph.
- Current pay slip for members contributing through check off system
- Filled Nominee Form
Interested people also need to :
- Pay the entrance fee of Ksh. 1,000.
- Make minimum monthly contributions of Ksh. 1,000 or 5% of the basic salary, whichever is higher.
- Take up the minimum share capital within the first 12 months of membership.
- Contribute Ksh. 200 monthly to the welfare fund.
After your registration application is accepted and you are given a member number. You can register your membership online.
How to Register a new membership Online
It is possible to apply for membership online. Follow these steps to get started:
- Visit the register page
- Enter the member number and National ID number
- Finally, click on Submit
That’s it, now the added member is entitled for using all the online services.
HAZINA SACCO MEMBERS PORTAL
The members portal as the name suggests is dedicated to the members only. Members can log in to the portal and start accessing the services. Follow these steps to get started:
Head to https://memberportal.hazinasacco.or.ke:8084/
- Enter your member number
- Enter your password
- Fill in the captcha code and Submit
- You will now be signed in.
