NRS – Nairobi e-services Portal, Register & Login, Contacts

Nairobi e-services portal also known as NRS is one stop for various services. Nairobi county has developed this dedicated portal to provide various services to the citizens.

Nairobi Services NRS Portal

The e-services portal is a one-stop solution to avail of various services in Nairobi county. In order to avail of the benefit of the services, user registration is mandatory. Once registered, you may log in and avail of the respective service. The online payment module is integrated within the NRS portal.

As you can see, there are lots of services available. Each and every service can be availed online once you successfuly create account on the portal. After signing in, you can choose the service you want to avail and then easily apply.

How to Register on Nairobi e-services Portal

The user registration process is mandatory. Without signing up, you can’t take benefit of any of the services mentioned above.

Here are the steps you need to follow to complete the online registration

• Head to the Signup page
• Choose from Individual or Non-Individual
• Individuals need to provide their National ID number while Non-Individuals need to provide their KRA details
• Follow the steps to complete the registration process.
• Once registered, you will have a password to access the platform

Your National ID or KRA pin will be used as User ID to login and the password that you set above will be used to login.

Nairobi County e-Services Portal Login

Registered users can access the self-service e-services platform. Here is the login process:

• Head to nairobiservices.go.ke/login

• Choose Individual or Non-Individual
• Enter your National ID or KRA Pin
• Enter the password
• Choose Citizenship (Citizen or Alien)
• Click on Login to Proceed

Recover Lost Password

If you have somehow lost the password, you can easily recover or reset it. Here is the process:

Head to the recover password page – https://nairobiservices.go.ke/recover-password

• Enter your National ID/KRA Pin/Passport
• Click on “Next”
• Now you will get an OTP (One Time password)

• Once you provide that, you can easily reset the password
