All the eligible primary school teachers of TSC have chances to get promotions as teachers in the Junior secondary. Yes, online applications are now open, and you can submit the online form before the last date, 6th February 2023.

Teachers Service Commission has notified the general public about the deployment on their website and Twitter. The requirements and last date are clearly stated. This news of the deployment of teachers to junior secondary has brought joy among the teachers.

TSC Junior Secondary Deployment Requirements

To Apply for promotion, all primary school teachers must ensure they fulfil the requirements. Here are the

• Must have a P1 certificate
• Must be serving as a primary school teacher under TSC
• At least a C+ (Plus) mean grade at Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) or its equivalent.
• At least grade C+ (Plus) in the two teaching subjects at Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) or its equivalent
• At least 8 Units in each of the two teaching subjects

TSC Deployment to Junior Secondary -Online Application Portal

Thanks to the Teachers service commission, the deployment process is online. You can request the TSC deployment to junior high using the online application. All interested and eligible teachers are advised to follow these steps:

• Go to the official website deployment page.

• Click on the “Login to Continue” Button

• This opens up the Login page, and you are asked to enter the credentials
• Enter your TSC number, ID Number, and Surname and select yes when asked, “Are you interested and qualified to join JSS”
