To book using their website, ensure you have a smartphone or a laptop and stable internet.

1. Go to Google and access the ENA coach booking portal
2. At the top below the categories options (Home, About, Contacts), you’ll see a tab written “From” and “To”
3. Enter where you’ll board the bus on the “From” tab (eg Mombasa, Nairobi, Mbita)
4. Enter your destination on the “To” tab
5. Choose the date of your travel
6. Click search
7. You will be given the option of the available buses or vans.
8. Click “view seats”
9. Unoccupied seats are marked with blue
10. Click on any seat marked with blue to book it.
11. The fare will be displayed
12. Click Continue
13. A trip review will pop up with the departure-arrival venue, seat number, and the fare charged.
14. Click Continue
15. You’ll be prompted to choose one option from three options(Sign up with email, sign in, continue as a guest) click continue as a guest
16. Enter your email address
17. Enter your full name followed by your gender
18. Enter your age, country code, and mobile number
19. Enter your nationality and identity number
20. Click proceed to pay
21. Click “Make payment” to initiate payment through Mpesa
22. After your transaction is complete, your ticket number will be sent via your contact details
23. Proceed to the Print Ticket tab on the website
24. Enter your ticket number
25. Enter your country code and phone number
26. Click print ticket

Print your ticket and arrive at least 1 hour before your bus departs

Download the app and install

Launch the App and proceed to register your details

• Enter your full name
• Date your date of birth
• Enter your gender
• Enter your email address
• Enter your phone number
• Enter your password

You will be logged in, save your login credentials

• Proceed to enter your departure and destination
• Book the available seat
• Confirm your details
• Proceed to pay
• Print your ticket
