Job Type
The posts of Veterinary Inspector, Driver & Office Assistant are permanent while the other ones are contractual posts (for 5 years)
Requirements
| Manager, Quality Assurance & Manager, Compliance and Enforcement | Have a Minimum of twelve (12) years relevant work experience with at least five (5) in a management Position; OR Must have worked as either Assistant Manager Education, Licensing, or Registration for at least four (4) years. BVM Degree from a recognized institution. Master’s degree in a relevant field from a recognized institution. A valid Certificate of registration by Kenya Veterinary Board; Valid Certificate of Good Conduct; Certificate in Strategic Leadership Development Programme or Corporate Management Course lasting not less than six (6) weeks from a recognized institution; Met all the requirements of Chapter six (6) of the Constitution of Kenya; vCertificate in computer application skills; and Demonstrated managerial and administrative skills as reflected in work performance and results |
| Manager, Finance, Human Resource & Administration | Have a minimum of twelve (12) years relevant work experience with at least five (5) in a management position. Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following fields: Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution. Have a Master’s Degree in any of the following: Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution; Be a member of a relevant professional body; Have a certificate in Leadership Course from a recognized institution. Be proficient in computer applications. Certificate of good conduct. Fulfill the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution; and |
| Veterinary Inspector | I have a Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine (BVM) Degree from a recognized institution. A Valid Certificate of registration by the Kenya Veterinary Board. Certificate of Good Conduct. Certification in computer application skills. |
| Driver | Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) means grade D plain or its equivalent qualification from a recognized institution. A valid driving license without any endorsements, and valid for the classes of vehicles required. Successfully completed the Driver Suitability Assessment for Grade II. First-Aid Certificate Course lasting not less than one (1) week from a recognized institution; v. Valid Certificate of Good Conduct; At least four (4) years of driving experience is required. Know the Highway Code well. |
