Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum) holder from any university recognized in Kenya.
- At least 10 years of professional experience in a relevant field.
- Have knowledge of national development goals.
- Have experience in performance management.
- Satisfy the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution.
Duties & Responsibilities
The duties are responsibilities of the selected members Independent Negotiation & Evaluation Committe will be as follows:
- Negotiate performance contracts with public bodies.
- Ensure that the performance targets and indicators of public bodies are aligned with the strategic plan.
- Ensure that the performance targets of public bodies are aligned with the performance indicators provided in the strategic plan.
- Ensure that the public bodies’ indicators are aligned with results that are citizen-focused.
- Conduct mid-year performance reviews of public bodies.
- Evaluate the performance of public bodies.
