Using the NEMIS platform, which is an online portal for managing and automating education data, interested persons can check their placement results and even download the Placement letters.

How to Check Form 1 Selection Results

• Head to KEMIS Portal.
• On the homepage, Click on “2024 Form One Selection & Placement “
• This opens another page.

• Now, Enter your Index Number and Provide your Name.
• Finally, Click on “Search”
• Now the details will appear on your screen.

KCPE Placement Results 2023-24, Key Details

• Form 1 Placements results for 2024 were declared on
• Selected Candidates will be joining form 1 early next year. The reporting date is 15th January 2024.
• The Placement/Calling Letters can be downloaded directly from the kemis portal.

How to Download Form 1 Calling Letter

To download, the calling letter, make sure you have followed the steps given above.

• As soon as you enter your details and click on “Search” you will see your details.
• You can check your score. Also, corresponding to your name, you will see an option namely “Access Calling Letter”
• Now, you need to click on this option and you will be redirected to a tab with title “Click Here to Access Form 1 School Placement Letter”
• This way you can download the calling letter
