To download your Admission letter, you need to provide your Full name and Index Number. This information needs to be entered at the relevant page to obtain your calling letter.

How to Download Form 1 Admission Letter

• Head to the form one selection page on Ministry of education portal.
• On the homepage, you have two links to access Form 1 Placement.

• Click on any of the given links to proceed.
• Now, you are redirected to KEMIS Web app which is Kenya Education Management Information system (KEMIS).

• Here, you need to click on “Open” corresponding to 2024 Form One Selection and Placement option.
• Now, you need to Enter the Index number and Full name

• After entering the asked details, click on the “Search” button
• Corresponding to your result, you will find an option namely “Access Calling Letter”
• Use this option and you will be now redirected to a tab namely “Click Here to Access Form 1 School Placement Letter”
• Now, you can download the form 1 admission letter as pdf file
