NIS Registration Requirements
Before signing up, make sure you have the following documents handy. These are required:
- National ID (Mandatory)
- Passport photo image (Mandatory)
- University/College/Tertiary education completion certificate(s)-(Mandatory)
- O-Level School completion certificate (Mandatory)
O-Level School leaving certificate is also required, but it is Optional
NIS Career Portal Registration
- Go to the registration page.

- Enter your first name, Email and click on “Register Account.”
- After this, you get an email with the Subject “NIS CAREER PORTAL – NEW ACCOUNT CREATION NOTIFICATION”.
- The email contains your username and password that you can use for login

- Enter your Username and password and click on “Log in.”
- After you enter the correct login details
After successful login, you will be taken to the dashboard.
After your first login, you need to provide your Personal information, upload your national ID, and passport photo and share other details like Education and Contact information,
