  3. Your password will be sent to you by an SMS, if not check your email.
  4. Enter the password sent to your phone or email from Egerton University (sometimes it’s usually a link, just click on it to create a new password).

How to Retrieve Your Lost Email Address

If you’ve lost your student email address, it is not possible to access the portal and register. Follow the procedure below to retrieve your email address.

  1. Launch your browser (Chrome, Safari, or Mozilla Firefox).
  2. Visit the “Retrieve Email Address” portal.
  1. Enter your KCSE index number (the KCSE number followed by the year you sat for the exam). E.g., 2045635/2020)
  2. Click on submit.
  3. You will receive an SMS with your email address.

You will use the email address to register on the registration portal.
