This Directorate deals with:

The PPB log-in portal can only be accessed if you’re registered with the board. Ensure you have the following
- Stable internet
- A computer
- Your registration number or username
- A smartphone

When you’re ready, follow the procedure below

- Launch your browser
- Proceed to the PPB log-in portal
- Enter your registration/enrollment or username
- Enter your password
- Click on “Sign in”
- Your portal will open
- You can apply for licensing or exams
If you would like to enroll at PPB, you should have the following
- Basic O-level education with a minimum grade of C+ under the 8-4-4 system
- You must be a graduate from a university that offers a pharmacy degree (four years) and is recognized by the Pharmacy and Poisons Board.
- You should be in possession of a bachelor’s degree in pharmacy training (Pharm). Furthermore, the curriculum must be accepted by PPB.
- You should be registered with the Pharmacy Regulatory Authority within the country you undertake your degree course.
- You must have a good command of the English and Kiswahili languages.
Pharmacy Board Kenya User Registration – Sign up Process

- Launch your browser
- Open the PPB portal
- Open the online services tab
- You will be redirected to the PPBs online services portal
- Don’t log in
- Click on “Sign up”
- Select your cadre (student, practitioner, or others)
- Enter your registration or index number
- Enter your ID number
- Enter your email
- Click on “Register for Online Services”
- You will receive an email and SMS to set up your profile
- Follow the procedure and complete the sign-up process

How to apply as a CPD provider
As a CPD provider, you will offer professional training to pharmacists. Here is how you can apply
- Launch your browser
- Proceed to the PPB CPD portal
- Provide your details in the three sections
Section 1: Provider Details
- Enter the provider name
- Select provider type (individual or an organization)
- Select your county
- Enter your postal address
- Enter your email address and phone number
- Enter the nearest road and LR number
- Enter the building name, floor, and room number
- Declare the terms and conditions
- Upload a certificate of incorporation and your scanned ID
- Click “Save and continue.”
Section 2: CPD Administrator
- Complete the administrator details
- Enter the designation
- Enter the full name
- Enter the ID number
- Enter a phone number and email
- Enter postal address and town
- Click “Save and continue.”
Section 3: Invoice
- Make payments as detailed in your invoice
- Pay through M-Pesa pay bill number: 826826
- The account number will be provided in the invoice
- The amount is Ksh 2,000
